Households is an Amazon program that connects families in order to share Amazon benefits and services. With Amazon Households, you can link two adult Amazon accounts and up to four teen / child accounts to share Prime benefits like Prime Shipping, streaming access to Prime Video, Prime Photos, Audible Channels for Prime, and more for FREE.
The sign-up and invitation process was re-engineered for a smoother customer experience, and with that came an opportunity to launch a refreshed look for the program.
My primary focus was to update Households’ design language to better position the program as an inviting and desirable experience. Included in that exercise was designing layouts for the sign-up flow, landing pages, and marketing materials and developing a robust illustration and icon system for program and marketing communications.
